INTRODUCTION/PROCLAMATION.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS EXCEPTED. This result Gazette is issued as a notice only. Any entry appearing therein does not in itself confer any right or privilege to a candidate for the grant of a Certificate. However, the Board reserves the right of rectifying errors and omissions in the result at any time.

The Secondary School, Certificate (Annual) Examination, 2005 commenced on March, 5th 2005.  The Practical Examination continued upto  April 15th  2005. The result is being declared on  15-7-2005 at 10 A.M.

100784 candidates applied for this Examination out of which 99602 candidates actually appeared whom result is being declared through this Gazette.  The result of Roll Nos.  105388-105418 relating to deaf & defective hearing candidates will be declared later on.

The result is being declared on Fail/Pass basis. The candidates passed the examination has been shown by mentioning the total number of Marks obtained by them against their Roll Numbers/Names. The candidates against whose Roll Nos./Names certain  subjects have been indicated, are allowed to   re-appear in those failing subject/s as under:-

 

The candidates of session 2002-2004 who remained absent, obtained “F” grade, failed in certain subject/s are eligible to appear in those subject/s in (Supplementary) Examination, 2005,  this will be their last chance.

 

Secondary School Certificate (Annual) Examination, 2005 is last chance for the candidates who appeared in 9th  class examination, 2003 & have not appeared in 10th class (Annual) Examination, 2004 but appeared in 10th  class examination (Annual) 2005.

 

The candidates of  session 2003-2005 are eligible to appear in the failing subject/s till (Annual) Examination, 2006.

No fresh candidate is eligible to appear in full subjects in the Secondary School Certificates (Supplementary) Examination, 2005 for the first time except those as other-wise permitted under the rules.

All enquiries regarding the result of candidates from recognized Institutions should be addressed through the Head of Institution concerned.

The result intimation (Detailed Marks Card) will be sent to the candidates, in case of Regular Students through their heads of the Institutions alongwith Result Statement (Black List) under Registered Parcel and to the individual private candidates at the address given for the purpose under registered cover.

In case of non receipt of Result Card upto 25-7-2005,  the candidates may contact the Board's office or Muhammad Amin, Assistant Controller Examinations, Matric  on Phone No. 061-9210030.

NATIONAL TALENT SCHOLARSHIPS

On the basis of Result of the Secondary School Certificate (Annual) Examination, 2005, one National Talent Scholarship shall be awarded for every one thousand candidates who pass the examination. 500 or more candidates being counted as a thousand and less than 500 ignored for the purpose of determination of the number of Scholarships. All the candidates will be taken together as one group, provided that the girls candidates will get at least the number of Scholarships proportionate to the number of girls passing the examination according to the above formula.  Thus on the basis of this result  51 (Boys 27 Girls 24) talent scholarships would be awarded to the candidates securing the highest. The value of each Scholarship is Rs. 360/- P.M. in case of resident Scholar and Rs. 180/- P.M. in case of non resident Scholar. Besides they would be paid Rs. 500/- for purchase of books and other educational equipments etc. as permissible under rules.

SCHOOL-WISE ALLOTMENT OF ROLL NOS.  AND GRADING

           The School wise allotment of Roll Numbers of Regular Students and Grades obtained by them have been given in this Result Gazette.  If  there is any discripency in the School grades/percentage please contact the Assistant Controller Examination (Matric) within a week, for rectification.
