ERRORS AND OMISSIONS EXCEPTED. This result Gazette is issued as a notice only. Any entry appearing therein does not in itself confer any right or privilege to a candidate for the grant of a Certificate. However, the Board reserves the right of rectifying errors and omissions in the result at any time.

The Secondary School, Certificate (Annual) Examination, 2009 commenced on March, 17^th 2009.  The Practical Examination continued upto May 8^th  2009. The result is being declared on  01-08-2009 at 10 A.M.

120314 candidates applied for this Examination out of which 117260 candidates actually appeared whom result is being declared through this Gazette.  The result of Roll Nos. 132267 To 132335 relating to deaf & defective hearing candidates will be declared later on.

a)

The result is being declared on Fail/Pass basis. The candidates passed the examination has been shown by mentioning the total number of Marks obtained by them against their Roll Numbers/Names.

b)

The Candidates against whose Roll Numbers / Names certain subjects have been indicated, are allowed to Re-appear in those failing subject/s as under:.

i.              Who appeared as fresh candidates in the Secondary School Certificate Annual Exam, 2009 are eligible to appear till Secondary School Certificate Annual Exam, 2010.

ii.            Who appeared in full subject in the Secondary School Certificate (Supply) Exam, 2008 are eligible to appear till Secondary School Certificate (Supply) Exam, 2009 in Scheme of Studies 850 marks.

c)

The candidates who have been declared “Fail as a whole” may repeat their Examination in full subjects in the SSC (S) Examination, 2009 or any subsequent Annual Examination under Scheme of Studies 1050 marks if otherwise eligible.

No fresh candidate is eligible to appear in full subjects in the Secondary School Certificates (Supplementary) Examination, 2009 for the first time except those as other-wise permitted under the rules.

All enquiries regarding the result of candidates from recognized Institutions should be addressed through the Head of Institution concerned.

The result intimation (Detailed Marks Card) will be sent to the candidates, in case of Regular Students through their heads of the Institutions alongwith Result Statement (Black List) under Registered Parcel and to the individual private candidates at the address given for the purpose under registered cover.
