INTRODUCTION/PROCLAMATION.

ERRORS AND OMISSIONS EXCEPTED. This result Gazette is issued as a notice only. Any entry appearing therein does not in itself confer any right or privilege to a candidate for the grant of a Certificate. However, the Board reserves the right of rectifying errors and omissions in the result at any time.

The Secondary School, Certificate (Supply) Examination, 2009 commenced on September 12th 2009.  The Practical Examination continued up to October 18th  2009. The result is being declared on  19-11-2009 at 11 A.M.

17288 candidates applied for this Examination out of which ­­­­­16581 candidates actually appeared whom result is being declared through this Gazette.

a)

The result is being declared on Fail/Pass basis. The candidates passed the examination has been shown by mentioning the total number of Marks obtained by them against their Roll Numbers/Names. The candidates against whose Roll Nos./Names certain subjects have been indicated are allowed to re-appear in those failing subject/s till the chance indicated in the Result Gazette/Result Cards.

 

b)

The candidates who have been declared “Fail as a whole” may repeat their Examination in full subjects in any SSC (Annual) Examination, under the syllabi / scheme of studies enforce if otherwise eligible.

All enquiries regarding the result of candidates from recognized Institutions should be addressed through the Head of Institution concerned.

The result intimation (Detailed Marks Card) will be sent to the candidates, in case of Regular Students through their heads of the Institutions alongwith Result Statement (Black List) under Registered Parcel and to the individual private candidates at the address given for the purpose under registered cover.

In case of non receipt of Result Card upto 27-11-2009, the candidates may contact the Board's office or Naeem Ullah Khan, Assistant Controller Examinations, Matric on Phone No. 061-9210030.

iii)

The candidates qualifying in all the subjects would be entitled to the grant of a certificate. The result cards/statement/certificates will not be issued to the defaulters till their clearance.
